It seems that my social calender is filled to the brim these days with weddings and the events that surround them. I thoroughly enjoy attending so many weddings. What's not to enjoy? Celebrations of love and commitment, getting all dressed up, great decor, a dancefloor, open bar...yes please! What I love most is the different ways that couples use their weddings to express their style and who they are instead of just following the format handed down to us from generations ago.
Halloween of 2009 I was lucky enough to be a part of the wedding of two of my dearest (and most stylish) friends, Mary and Stefan. Wow. Their special day was just that. Truly special. And oh so fabulously chic. These two created an evening that incorporated just the right harmony of elegance, style, warmth, and rock n'roll; an absolute reflection of their personalities. With a unique vision all their own, Mary and Stef honored their love for one another in a setting that couldn't have been more perfect - and dressed to kill.
